Utah's biggest Halloween event lights up Lagoon with haunted mazes, spooky shows, costumed characters, and family-friendly daytime fun. Runs September 11 through November 8, Fridays through Sundays.

Boating, fishing, paddleboarding, and camping just 45 minutes from the Salt Lake Valley. Late summer is prime time for water recreation with warm water and open campgrounds.
Alpine Loop Scenic Drive
American Fork / Provo Canyon
One of Utah's most beautiful drives, the Alpine Loop winds through Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest with stunning mountain views, wildflowers, and access to trailheads.
Silver Lake Boardwalk
Big Cottonwood Canyon
An easy, family-friendly 1-mile boardwalk loop around a beautiful alpine lake. Great for young kids, photographers, and anyone who wants to experience the high country without a strenuous hike.
